As President and Founder of Current Capital Group, Todd Nepola directs the firm's investment strategy, acquisition modeling, and operational oversight. With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, he has successfully guided the firm's expansion across Florida, establishing a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial assets.
Legacy & Experience
Mr. Nepola represents the fourth generation of his family to work in the real estate and development sectors. This tradition began in 1899 when his great-grandfather immigrated to Manhattan, serving as a superintendent on the construction of the Holland Tunnel.
Professional Background
Nepola cultivated a background in finance and investment banking. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1994. Under his leadership, Current Capital Group received the CoStar “Power Broker” award for transaction volume and market impact.
