Strategic Leadership As President and Founder of Current Capital Group, Todd Nepola directs the firm’s investment strategy, acquisition modeling, and operational oversight. With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, he has successfully guided the firm’s expansion across Florida, establishing a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial assets.

Legacy & Experience Mr. Nepola represents the fourth generation of his family to work in the real estate and development sectors. This tradition began in 1899 when his great-grandfather immigrated to Manhattan, serving as a superintendent on the construction of the Holland Tunnel. Building on the foundations established by his father and grandfather—both successful investors and developers—Todd has leveraged this multigenerational perspective to identify high-value opportunities that institutional competitors often overlook.

Professional Background Prior to founding Current Capital Group, Todd cultivated a background in finance and investment banking. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida (1994). Under his leadership, Current Capital Group has been recognized as a premier operator in the region, earning the CoStar “Power Broker” award for transaction volume and market impact.
